We are delighted to welcome Allison Henbest who joined us as our new Operations Director earlier this month. With over 35 years of experience in the social care sector, Allison brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for making a difference to her new role.

Having started her career as a volunteer, Allison's journey has seen her hold key positions, including Interim CEO and Operations Director at Autism Hampshire, where her leadership was pivotal in driving positive change. Her diverse background and proven track record of operational effectiveness make her an excellent addition to the Aspens team.

Allison's appointment followed a rigorous recruitment process, culminating in a recruitment day, which involved input from individuals supported by Aspens, her future staff team, and trustees.
